Book the computer-based exam at a Prometric centre in the UAE or your home country and pay the exam fee to Prometric. It covers pharmacy practice, UAE pharmacy law, and ethics, and you need at least 60 percent to pass, the standard DHA mark set in the Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR).
There is no mandatory waiting period if you fail, so you can rebook, but after three failed attempts the DHA blocks you for two years, after which you can request one more attempt at another UAE authority or requalify. Receive your activated DHA pharmacist licence
The licence is issued to you but tied to that one facility, with the term set by the employer at one, two, or three years. You can now practise. If you leave that employer, the licence drops to inactive status until a new employer reactivates it, so it does not follow you automatically.
