Dr. Felix Lucian Happich, MD, MBA, is a German medical doctor and DHA-licensed General Practitioner based in Dubai. He works at the intersection of medicine and business, advising both healthcare companies and individual professionals on entering and growing within the UAE healthcare market.

As Founder and CEO of Felix Happich Consultancy, he supports international clinics, healthcare investors, and medical professionals with market entry, regulatory licensing (DHA, DOH, MOHAP), and strategic expansion. His work includes guiding doctors, dentists, and allied health professionals through the full licensing process and helping them establish their careers or practices in the UAE.

With a background in medicine and business, Dr. Happich combines clinical insight with strategic execution. He has trained and worked with leading European institutions, including Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, LMU Munich, and the University of Zurich.

He holds a Doctorate in Medicine (University of Bonn) and a Master of Health Business Administration (MHBA, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg).
