To apply for an MOH License in the UAE, you have to follow a step-by-step process that starts with security approval. For which you must download the required introductory statement, complete all sections, and submit it to the MOHAP representative office in your emirate with your passport and Emirates ID. This step confirms your eligibility at a national level.
Next, you create an account on the MOHAP portal or smart app. During registration, you enter your personal details exactly as shown on your official ID and upload your educational documents. After registration, you log in using your account credentials or UAE PASS.
Once logged in, you select the license type. You access the medical professional section, enter your registration or license number, and choose the correct professional title and category. You then upload all required documents in PDF format. These include your passport, introductory statement, insurance against medical errors, experience certificate, and medical fitness reports if applicable.
After uploading documents, you pay the application fee if required. You then obtain a work invitation from a licensed healthcare professional or approved facility. MOHAP reviews your application to verify documents and eligibility.
After approval, you pay the license fee based on your profession. Finally, you download your license from the MOHAP portal and begin practicing legally.

Apply for security Approval by fulfilling the INTRODUCTRY STATEMENT from the UAE. Download this file and fill in all the required section then submit it to the MOHAP representative office in your emirate, along with a copy of your passport and Emirates ID. Create an account and log in to the MOHAP Portal or the smart app
Create an account on the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) portal or smart app to access services. Add your personal details as per your ID and educational documents. Once you sign up Log in to your account using your account credentials or the smart app using the UAE PASS.
Select the license Type
Go to the medical professional section using your registration or license number. Select the professional title and category.
Upload the required documents
After selecting the license type, click on the upload documents and provide all the required documents in pdf format. Do not misplace any other wise, you will face rejection. Below are the main documents that are mentioned on the official portal of the website.

Pay the application fees
Pay the application fees, which are AED 100. However, this does not apply to all medical professionals but is only for private and semi-government facilities.

Pay the license fees
Pay the license fees (for private facilities only). Doctors must pay AED 3,000. Nurses and technicians must pay AED 1,000.
Download your license
Download your license from the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) portal after final approval is completed.
