This page describes which cookies and similar storage technologies felixhappich.com actually uses. Everything listed here was measured on this website in September 2026, it is not a generic template. If we change how the website works, we update this page.

2. How consent works here
We use our own consent tool. When you open the website for the first time, it checks which country you are visiting from and reacts accordingly:
- European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland: a window appears in the centre of the screen with the options Accept all and Manage preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you have made a choice. Inside Manage preferences the switches are off by default, and you can save your selection with all switches off, which means refusal.
- Other countries: instead of the window we show a short notice at the bottom of the screen. You can open the settings and change your choice at any time, see section 8.
Before you decide, our website already loads the Google Tag Manager container GTM-K7TDSPPT. It starts in denied mode using Google Consent Mode v2, which means: no cookies are written, no identifier is stored, and Google only receives a cookieless signal that a page was opened. Only when you agree do the tags switch to granted mode and start writing the cookies listed in sections 4 and 5.
Your decision is stored in your browser under gdc_consent_v1 for 182 days. It contains an anonymous consent ID, the time of your decision, your choice per category and the country mode that was applied. It is not sent to us automatically and contains no name, email address or IP address.

None of these are used to profile you or to build an advertising audience.
4. Set only after you allow “Analytics”
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Service: Google Analytics 4, property G-0WQ11KBFY0. Purpose: to see which pages are used, how people move through the website and where they leave.

5. Set only after you allow “Advertising”
Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Service: Google Ads, conversion measurement for account AW-16846412209. Purpose: to recognise whether an enquiry followed a click on one of our advertisements, so that we do not keep paying for advertising that does not work.

In this mode our pages also contact google.com, doubleclick.net and googlesyndication.com. Google may set its own cookies on those domains, which we can neither read nor control. They fall under Google’s own privacy policy, linked above.
6. Services embedded in individual pages
- Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA), used on book an appointment and on our thank you page to show the booking calendar. The calendar runs inside a frame from calendly.com and shows its own cookie notice, which belongs to Calendly and not to us. Without it, online booking would not be possible.
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited), used to show where our office is. The map is not limited to the contact page: it also appears at the bottom of the start page and below every article on this website. It loads inside a frame from google.com, and Google may set its own cookies on its own domains when the map is displayed. We can neither read nor control those cookies.
- Trustindex (Trustindex.io, Hungary), used to display our genuine Google reviews. It loads on the start page and does not set cookies.
- WhatsApp button (Joinchat plugin). The button itself sets no cookie. When you use it, your country code is stored in your browser so that the correct number is used, and you are then taken to WhatsApp, where Meta’s own rules apply.
- Forms on this website do not set any cookies. What happens to the data you enter is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Cookies for logged in staff
When a member of our team logs in to the WordPress administration, WordPress sets technically necessary cookies such as wordpress_logged_in, wordpress_test_cookie and wp-settings. Ordinary visitors never receive these.
8. How to change or withdraw your consent
- At the very bottom of every page there is a small link Cookie settings. It opens the same window again, and your new choice replaces the old one immediately.
- You can also delete cookies and browser storage for felixhappich.com in your browser settings. After that you will be asked again on your next visit.
- Withdrawing is as easy as consenting and has no disadvantage for you. The website works exactly the same way without analytics and advertising cookies.
- A withdrawal takes effect for the future. It does not undo measurements that already happened before it.
